Dagmar Butte, the newest shareholder of Parker Bush & Lane, practices in the areas of Business and Family Immigration and Business/Corporate Law. Dagmar is an Elected Member of the AILA Board of Governors, Chair of AILA's Removal/Detention/Due Process Committee, Co-Chair of AILA's Fee Increase Model Regulatory Comment Committee, and a Member of its Publications Committee. She is also an Adjunct Professor of Law at the Lewis & Clark Law School and a frequent lecturer on immigration and international law.

Having herself immigrated to the United States from Germany in 1976, she knows only too well the challenges faced by those who try to work their way through America's complex immigration system by themselves. Her goal is to minimize those challenges for her clients through professional, courteous and effective service. By also offering general business law services, she is able to meet the full spectrum of her corporate client's needs in an integrated manner. She has represented clients in high tech, education, health care, and entrepreneurial sectors as well as non-profit and government organizations including OHSU, OGI, Willamette Industries, Tripwire Software, Decision Point Applications and divisions of the Oregon Department of Justice. She has also represented many families with respect to their immigration needs.
