Steven M. Schneebaum, Esq.

Steven M. Schneebaum has over 25 years of experience in international and domestic dispute resolution and complex litigation. His civil litigation experience includes bench and jury trials in state and federal courts. In addition, he has argued before 10 of the 13 U.S. Circuit Courts of Appeals, and the highest courts of five States. He has represented foreign sovereigns as well as foreign and domestic corporations in courts throughout the United States. His international trade experience is extensive and includes work with GATT, the World Trade Organization, the International Trade Commission, the European Union, the Office of the U.S. Trade Representative, and the Departments of Commerce, State, and Agriculture. He has also litigated, taught, and lectured extensively about international human rights law, and is the author of over 30 articles on international law topics. He has taught at Catholic, American, George Washington, Oxford, and Cornell Universities, and has been a Professorial Lecturer at the School of Advanced International Studies, The Johns Hopkins University, for 22 years.
