International Law Weekend

2010 ILW Career Fair

October 23, 2010 - 2:00 P.M. to 6:00 P.M.

Fordham Law School, 140 W. 62nd Street, New York City

On Saturday October 23, ILSA, in partnership with the American Branch of the International Law Association, the ABA Section of International Law, and the American Society of International Law, will hold a half-day Career Fair consisting of speakers, break-out sessions, and other events designed to guide law students on the path to becoming international practitioners.

The Career Fair will be held at Fordham University School of Law, 140 West 62nd Street, New York, NY. The program will begin with "Pathways to Employment in International Law," a panel where top practitioners speak frankly about their formative experiences and tips they have about getting one's foot in the door. This will be followed by breakout sessions focusing on particular areas of international practice. This year’s breakout sessions include: international litigation and arbitration, working for NGOs, and immigration law. The Career Fair will conclude with a reception.
