* Although these two teams placed in the top twenty-four, the teams did not advance to the Run-off Rounds pursuant to Official Rule 9.3.4, which states:
No more than six (6) Teams from one nation may advance to the Advanced Rounds of the International Tournament. If more than six (6) Teams from one nation place among the twenty-four (24) highest-ranked Teams from the Preliminary Rounds, only the six highest-ranked Teams from such nation may advance to the Advanced Rounds.
