The 2008 Official Rules of the Philip C. Jessup International Law Moot Court Competition were approved by the ILSA Board of Directors on August 17, 2007. The Board approved several changes to the Official Rules. Teams are reminded to read the Rules carefully, and not merely to rely on last year's Rules or this year's Summary of Rules Changes.

RULES CORRECTION

Please note that the second paragraph of Rule 6.5 has been corrected to refer to "Rule 6.3.6" instead of "Rule 6.3.2." The corrected Rule 6.5 now reads:

"Inclusion of text other than the actual citation in a footnote is a violation of Rule 6.3.6."
