If you do not know the names of your team members yet, you may leave Part IV blank. When the team members have been identified, you can register them by sending an email to jessup@ilsa.org. Please note that students must be registered as soon as they start working on the Jessup Problem on behalf of the team. All names of team members must be submitted by the Registration Deadline on November 28, 2008.

Teams have an ongoing obligation throughout the Jessup season to notify the ILSA Executive Office of changes to any of the information below. If you need to change or supplement your team's registration information, please email the ILSA Executive Office at jessup@ilsa.org.

Part II: Official Team Contact Information

Part III: Team Advisor Information
Provide the first name (given name), last name (family name), and email address of every team advisor. Every advisor to a team falling under the defintion of "team advisor" in the Official Rules must be registered with the ILSA Executive Office. This includes coaches and faculty advisors. Please note team advisors may not serve as a Jessup Judge until the team has been eliminated from the Competition. If there are more than five team advisors, please send an email to the ILSA Executive Office at jessup@ilsa.org. There is no requirement for a team to have a team advisor.

Part IV: Team Member Registration
Provide the first name (given name), last name (family name), and email address of every team member, as well as the degree being pursued by each team member. It is the responsibility of the team to ensure that each team member is eligible to participate under Official Rule 2.0. Every student who contributes to the work product of a team must register. Teams may be composed of two to five students. This means that no more than five students may contribute to the work product of a team. All team members must be registered with the ILSA Executive Office by November 28, 2008. Individuals who are not registered by the deadline will not be eligible to particpate at any level of the Competition. If you do not know the names of your team members yet, you may leave this section of the form blank. When the team members have been identified, you can register them by sending an email to jessup@ilsa.org. Please note that students must be registered as soon as they start working on the Jessup Problem on behalf of the team.
