Individuals who are not associated with an ILSA chapter may join ILSA as individual members. Law professors, LLM students, undergraduate students, and law students who do not wish to join a university chapter may be individual members of ILSA. Individual members can be very active in ILSA activities, and do not have to affiliate with a chapter in order to receive all of the benefits that ILSA offers. Those benefits include:

  • Free subscription to the ILSA Quarterly magazine and the opportunity to have his or her articles published in the Quarterly;
  • An option to subscribe to the ILSA Journal of International & Comparative Law at a substantial discount;
  • Discounted registration at ILSA international law conferences;
  • Information about Study Abroad and LLM Programs;
  • Information about current events in the international legal community; and
  • Access to an international network of professionals, law students, materials, and resources related to the field of international law.
