Hanna Karimipour is a 3L at the University Georgia School of Law. International law is her passion, and she is thrilled to serve as an ILSA Student Director for the 2019-2020 year. At Georgia Law, she currently serves as the Executive Articles Editor for the Georgia Journal of International and Comparative Law. Last year, she competed on the Jessup International Moot Court Team and was the President of the Georgia Law International Law Society, an ILSA chapter. Last summer, she worked at No Peace Without Justice on international criminal law in Brussels, Belgium. She completed the University of Georgia School of Law Global Governance Summer School and received a Louis B. Sohn Professional Development Fellowship from the Dean Rusk International Law Center to volunteer at the annual meeting of the American Society of International Law in Washington. Hanna received a B.A. in Political Science with Distinction from Yale University and is originally from Tallahassee, Florida.
