The 2012 Compromis

ILSA is pleased to announce the release of the 2012 Jessup Compromis. The names of the three distinguished lead authors will be announced at the 2012 White & Case International Rounds in Washington, D.C. this March. ILSA is grateful for the time and expertise contributed by the authors of the Compromis.

• Other versions: In the case of a discrepancy, the official English version supersedes any of the versions listed below. A translated version of the Compromis may serve as the official version of the Compromis for the purpose of your National Rounds only if your National Rules Supplement specifically replaces the English version with the translated version. In such case, the replacement is ONLY effective for your National Rounds. Please contact your National Administrator if you have any questions.

The Corrections and Clarifications to the 2012 Compromis are now available.
