ILSA Mourns the Death of Albi Cela

ILSA is devastated to learn of the death of longtime Friend of the Jessup Albi Cela along with his fiancee, Samira Xhaferi, earlier this week. Albi was a pioneer in the Albanian Jessup, and an active judge over the years. He will be missed by all who knew him.
