Jessup 2026 Corrections and Clarifications Released

We have released the Jessup 2026 Corrections and Clarifications. You can download the Corrections and Clarifications as a stand alone document (pdf or docx) or as a single combined document with the Jessup 2026 Problem (pdf or docx).

Additionally, we have added two acronyms to the list of approved acronyms as set out in Rule 5.17(b)(i): free, prior and informed consent (FPIC) and United Nations Convention on Jurisdictional Immunities of States and Their Property (UNCJISP).
