The International Law Students Association (ILSA), the organization responsible for administering the Philip C. Jessup International Law Moot Court Competition, is soliciting proposals for issues to be addressed in the 2021 Jessup Problem. Proposals must be submitted to ILSA’s Executive Director, Lesley Benn, at [email protected], by 7 February 2020. Please click here to view the requirements for the proposal in PDF form. ILSA must issue an important correction to the Corrections and Clarifications to the Jessup 2020 Problem. Clarification #8 had an incorrect date. The correct date should be 20 June 2019. Unfortunately, an earlier post had incorrectly stated that the date should be 20 April 2019. That was incorrect, and we apologize for the mistake and any confusion that that may have caused.
